52 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge
Health, unfortunately, falls into that category of “maybe
tomorrow”, and I don’t have a good reason why.
I could argue that I need to spend time in front of the computer
perfecting my stories, and honing my craft. But, in the end, I’m honestly not
sitting for 8 hours straight a day.
I know that when I exercise and eat well, I feel
better. And I strive to.
